I used to sit in the “stacks” & look at the cartoons in the New Yorker bound copies in my alma mater (Drew University). Last October, the former editor came to speak at our local library. He was a great speaker and I especially liked his talk about what an editor does and the process.
Laura, I did that too, in my local library, loved looking through the old issues. Do you remember the editor’s name? I would have loved to hear his talk!
